Threshld provides source-backed strategic planning deliverables for early decision support. Reports are not appraisals, legal advice, tax advice, lender-grade feasibility studies, or guarantees of project viability.

Payment and Delivery

Payment is collected through Stripe. Reports can be purchased individually or in bundles and each report funds one strategic plan package. Reports expire 12 months after purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Most packages deliver inside 24 hours. Complex resort, branded-residence, or full financial-model packages can take 2 to 3 business days. Delivery is subject to provider availability, uploaded file quality, project complexity, and system status.

Referral and Account Credit

Referral discounts and referrer account credits are promotional credits, not cash balances. They may be applied to future eligible Threshld purchases and may be adjusted if a transaction is refunded, reversed, fraudulent, or outside the referral rules shown at checkout or in the dashboard.

Use of Outputs

You may share delivered reports with internal teams, partners, investors, lenders, and advisors for the project submitted. You are responsible for verifying assumptions before committing capital.

Confidential Materials

You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded materials may be processed by Threshld and its service providers for report generation. Do not submit regulated personal data, trade secrets requiring special handling, or third-party confidential materials unless you have permission to do so.

Guarantee

If the first delivered report does not meet the promised structure, or if you need to add important details or files that materially affect the intake, you may request one included revision from the dashboard. Additional reruns, expanded scope, or refund review may be handled by support case-by-case.
